In 2019, I joined R/GA Melbourne as Creative Director to lead content strategy and creative direction for toyota.com.au. Tasked with elevating Toyota’s digital presence, I managed a talented team of copywriters and editorial freelancers, driving multiple high-impact initiatives. These included Toyota’s first digital content hub, the Toyota Business Guide, as well as the launch of the Gazoo Racing Club membership platform. I spearheaded the development of new service hubs, directed key digital campaigns, and produced a range of explainer videos, solidifying Toyota’s content as a vital touchpoint for its audience.
